The Reiki Cleansing Diet is important for every student who completed a Reiki course. So, if you recently passed the initiation, keep reading. After being initiated, you will experience a different period. This period lasts for about 21 days. This is the period in which your body gets used to the energy that will flow through it every time you energize.

In this period of 21 days you have to be careful to your diet and daily routine. It is a period of detoxification. In this period Reiki starts to work inside you, purify you and makes you ready to become the channel for Reiki. Therefore, try to follow this Reiki Cleansing Diet until the strange period is over. It will accelerate the detoxification process.

Reiki Cleansing Diet – The diet for your body and mind

Healthy Diet – in this period you should try to eat healthier. Try to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Also, avoid unhealthy oils and fried or greasy foods. These unhealthy foods will make the detoxifying process harder and longer. Also, you should drink plenty of water. Keep a bottle of water close to you every time. Because you will need it. And it makes it easier to get used to drinking more water.

Teas are another way to help your body during the 21 days of detox. Therefore, try to become more familiar with natural teas, that accelerate the detox process. But avoid adding sugar to your tea. Try natural honey or other natural syrups with no sugar. I am a grade II Reiki practitioner, and thanks to the detox period, I started to drink green tea every morning. I replaced coffee with a cup of natural green tea, with no sugar or anything else added. Also, if I can’t fall asleep, I make a relaxing Lavender tea.

Healthy Mind – in this period you also experience a mental, emotional and spiritual detox. Because Reiki doesn’t only influence your physical body. It also penetrates your mind, emotions and spirit. And it starts a detox process there too. Therefore, it cleanses your whole being of the negative energy, negative thoughts and emotions.

Reiki Cleansing Diet

You might feel the need to cry a lot in this period. Or you might feel more joyful and full of energy. Every people experiences the emotional and mental detox differently. If you have past traumas that you couldn’t get past through, then this period will bring you the victory.

In conclusion, The Reiki Cleansing Diet doesn’t mean a period of physical fasting or physical diet. It is also an emotional detox. Be more aware of your body and its signals. Observe and analyze your thoughts and emotions. This period of detox is not only for cleansing, but also to discover your true self.
