Find a spiritual practice – when you remembered that you are not who the others want you to be. Then you will feel the need to find a spiritual path to discover more about your true self. This is the right moment to explore religions and beliefs. And find the one that gives you the most answers.

Keep up with your spiritual routine – if you have found the spiritual practice that suits you, then you need to find consistence. The daily rituals help you to don’t forget about your mission. Therefore, if you are a Christian, then read The Bible daily and pray daily. Also, if you are a more fan of the New Age practices, then meditate or practice yoga daily.

Because the final goal is to become spirit again. And to arrive back to the wholeness of God. Furthermore, to make your experiences and wisdom His own.

Spiritual growth never stops. Therefore, you will eventually reach every Stages Of Spiritual Growth. But you will never really feel that your path of growing ever stops.
